All meal selections are prepared to suit your desires and tastes. Our Chef will sit down with you and your family to discuss your personalized menu.

The Modified Buffet or Plate Up includes: Dinner Salad & Fresh Breads, at Least Two Entrées accompanied by a Pasta or Potato and Fresh Steamed Vegetable.

Also included in your package are linens (white table linens with burgundy colored napkins), and tax & gratuity.
